Ingredients.We
use only the best and pure raw materials from the vegetable kingdom for production
of our lotions. We are proud of this, and therefore it is no secret, of what our
lotions consists. Below is a description of all the ingredients we use in different
amounts in our lotions. Sanguinaria Canadensis.. The lotion contains
ingredient (SANGUINARINE) that protect against skin cancer. It enhances the production
of proteins that make cells damaged by ultraviolet B radiation self destruct.
It also limits skin cell production of proteins that help cancer cells thrive.
It fights infection and have anti-wrinkle effect. Read more. Alcohol
Denat.
Amyl Cinnamal. Aqua. Demoralized water. Purified for micro
bacteriologic organisms to keep the lotion clean and free of eventually water
bacteria. The purifying process also extends the shelf life. Aloe Barbadensis.
Aloe Vera. 99,9% Aloe Vera juice made of ecological grown Aloe Vera plants. Has
an exceptional oxygenating quality, which means its ability to draw and keep oxygen
to the skin is great. This makes it a very effective cell-regenerating ingredient.
Aloe Vera has the same pH value as the skin, which gives an extreme healing, smoothing
and moisturizing effect.
Benzyl Salicylate.
Beta-carotene.
Beta-carotene is extracted from vegetables and fruits and is converted into A-vitamin
in the body. Scientists see beta-carotene as an effective antioxidant for preventing
cancer and circulatory diseases. It gives the skin the ability to better tolerate
sun exposure. Bio-Retinol.
Butylpenyl Methylpropional. Carthamus
tinctorius. Oil from the plant thistle, rich in E-vitamins. Maintains the
flexibility and the softness of the skin. Safflower oil is from an annual plant
that is native to Mediterranean countries. It is also grown in Europe and the
United States. It can be obtained by pressing or a solvent extraction. Safflower
has one of the highest linoleic acid (70%) contents of all oils. The moisture
content of human skin is proportional to the content of essential unsaturated
fatty acids. Wonderfully moisturizing. Cetearyl Alcohol. Cetearyl
alcohol is a fat-alcohol extracted from palm and coco oil. It is used as an emollient
and viscosity-increasing agent in emulsions.
Citronellol. Copper Acetyl
Tyrosinate Methylsolanol Curcumin. Found in the spice turmeric, interferes
with melanoma cells. Tests in laboratory dishes show that curcumin made melanoma
skin cancer cells more likely to self-destruct in a process known as apoptosis.
A nother study found that in laboratory, curcumin can actually repair DNA that
has been damaged by radiation. Earlier research has also shown that curcumin,
which acts as an antioxidant, can help prevent tumors from forming in the laboratory.
Diazolidinyl Urea. Eugenol. Causes melanoma growth suppression through
inhibition of E2F1 transcriptional activity. Metastatic malignant melanoma is
an extremely aggressive cancer, with no currently viable therapy. 4-Allyl-2-methoxyphenol
(eugenol) was tested for its ability to inhibit proliferation of melanoma cells.
Eugenol but not its isomer, isoeugenol (2-methoxy-4-propenylphenol), was found
to be a potent inhibitor of melanoma cell proliferation. In a B16 xenograft study,
eugenol treatment produced a significant tumor growth delay (p = 0.0057), an almost
40% decrease in tumor size, and a 19% increase in the median time to end point.
More significantly, 50% of the animals in the control group died from metastatic
growth, whereas none in the treatment group showed any signs of invasion or metastasis.Read
more. Geraniol. Anti cancer agent. Glycerine. This humectant protects
and seals moisture on the skin surface. It is widely used in products as a moisturizing
agent. Extracted as a by-product in soap manufacture. Glyceryl monostearate.
This ingredient derived from palm kernel oil is used for its emulsifying and moisturizing
properties. It is a monoester of Glycerine and Stearic Acid.
Grape
seed extract. Grape Seed Extract is a potent extract from grape seeds, which
are rich in flavonoids, specifically oligomeric proanthocyanidins (or OPC's).
OPCs are widely distributed in plants, being found in cocoa, chocolate, apples,
peanuts, almonds, cranberries, blueberries, and in the bark of pines, among other
plants. OPCs from grape seed are considered strong free radical fighters - 15
to 25 times stronger than Vitamin E. Interestingly, proanthocyanodins are one
of only a few antioxidants that cross the blood brain barrier. Promising preliminary
research indicates that grape seed extract can by beneficial in improving night
vision. They may help prevent the damage to cells by free radicals and stabilizes
collagen and maintains the health of elastin. OPCs are considered beneficial to
cardiovascular and circulatory health. In addition to antioxidant activity, proanthocyanidins
from grape seed extract may have anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic, and anti-atherogenic
activities. Research has shown anti-tumor promoting activity with topic grape
seed proanthocyanidins -- both topically for skin cancer and internally for things
like breast and lung cancer.
Green tea extract. Studies conducted
by the University of Murcia in Spain and the John Innes Center in Norwich, England
have discovered that green tea can prevent cancer cells from growing. Green tea
contains a compound called EGCG. The EGCG stops cancer cells from growing by binding
with an enzyme, called dihydrofolate reductase, in the body. Scientists have also
found that the structure of EGCG is very similar to to a cancer drug called methotrexate.
They discovered that EGCG kills cancer cells in the same way that the cancer drug
does.
Hexyl Cinnamal. Hydrolyzed silk. Free amino acids hydrolyzed
from pure silk fibers, penetrate to bind moisture in skin and hair. Silk is a
natural fiber, obtained from the cocoon of Bombyx More, high in protein. Silk
amino acids function as hair and skin conditioning agents. Gives the skin a fantastic
soft feeling. Linalool.
Methyl Nicotinate. Methyl Nicotinate
is an ester of methyl alcohol and nicotinic acid. Despite the name it has nothing
to do with nicotine. It increases microcirculation and imparts a warm "tingling"
effect. The microcirculation appears as a red flushing that occurs due to the
increased blood flow to the skin and will add colour to the skin. Lycopene.
The tomato uses lycopene to protect itself from burning as it ripens in the sun
and we humans can benefit from it in a similar way. Lycopene may reduce the damaging
effects UV light can have on the skin and can boost protection against both the
short term (sunburn), and cumulative effects of sun exposure (skin cancers). Once
again, studies have shown that while UV light leaves skin betacarotene levels
unaffected, it significantly depletes lycopene levels, demonstrating that lycopene
may be working to reduce UV induced skin damage. Lycopene may also improve 'safe
tanning' by increasing the levels of melanin (our skin pigment), with and without
sun exposure, and can extend the life of a tan. Paraben. This
is a cosmetic preservative that has anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties.
Totally harmless to the body. Panthenol. Panthenol is Pro-Vitamin
B5, which is part of the B-complex group. It is essential in the synthesis of
lipids and proteins. Panthenol is used as a deep-penetrating skin moisturizer.
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil
Perfum. Also known as fragrance, this
ingredient provides esthetic and sometimes aromatherapeutic benefits to a product.
It can consist of natural ethereal oils or natural identical pheromones.
Pomegranate fruit extract. Can block skin tumor formation in mice exposed to a
cancer-causing agent. Read more.
Propylene Glycol. Sanguinaria Canadensis..
The lotion contains ingredient (SANGUINARINE) that protect against skin cancer.
It enhances the production of proteins that make cells damaged by ultraviolet

agent for creams and lotions, and also works as a moisturizer. Vegetable extracted.
Tocopherol. Better known as Vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps block lipid
peroxidation in cells and tissues. It will help neutralize free radicals to prevent
and diminish fine lines and wrinkles while it also softens skin and moisturizes
from within
